The Indian Racing League is the India's first franchise-based motorsports league. The league consists of 7 city-based teams competing on an FIA Graded street circuit for the first time in Hyderabad and motor racing tracks like the Buddh International Circuit in New Delhi, Coimbatore and Chennai IRL will revolutionize motorsport and become a pioneer among sports media properties globally. Besides the advertiser-friendly packaging and a madefor-TV product, the fundamental beliefs of IRL are gender equality, equal opportunities for aspiring race drivers and road safety.

4 drivers (2+2) participate in each 40 min sprint race (Race 1, 2 & 3).

Both cars must swap drivers in the compulsory pit stop (90 Secs Min).

The last race of the weekend is a relay-style where all 5 drivers are racing.

Min laps = 2 and Max Laps = 5 per car within which it must come in for a driver swap. Points are awarded per race as per the finishing position.
